i was giving wheat cerelac to my baby and now he is loose pooping should i stop this

A. hi if a child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about motions frequency and it's texture. but if your child passes stool in too much watery or hard like stone consistency with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
