Q.

I was delivered a baby on 5 jan 2023 still in dont get my periods is it ok ?

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

A. Consult to doctor You need more protein, fibre, iron and calcium for your diet.
