I want to transition from breastmilk to formula milk or cow milk, as I need to start working soon. please advise. My baby is 5 months old, and I have started feeding very small portions of vegetables or fruits for a week.

A. hi, as she is 5 month old, better to start formula milk to her.. cow milk is much better after one year of age, and after 6 month can give semi dolid food.
