Q.

I want to start giving cow milk to my son , he is 14 months now. currently I am breastfeeding my son and in night I give him formula milk. please advise what proportion I should use to give him cow milk. currently he drinks 180ml of formula milk at one feeding.

A. you should start cow milk in diluted form initially.slowly switch to full fat milk. you can also give buffalo milk. its better to digest.. milk should be given 500 ml pee day

A. hello yes you may start with full cream cow's milk and yo start with you should be giving your child smal quantity and then increase the quantity so that baby gets used to it and will be able to take it and reduce the frequency of breast-feeding also slowly
