I want to know the supplement for increasing breast milk supple. please help. my baby is of low weight, I feed him the formula but I don't want to feed formula to him. please tell me the supplement.

A. You can start taking shatavari kalp after meal twice a day as it will help in improving milk flow and even fennel and fenugreek seeds also improves milk flow so you can chew some fennel after meals and methi dana in morning
