I want to ask I am in my 37th week and head of my baby is still extended,baby has not come down so what to do now?

See sometimes kids can be delivered by the time I estimated delivery date before or after whatever the situation maybe Women also deliver by the time 40 weeks to 41 weeks if you’re pregnancy healthy then you should wait and if the head will not be said the doctors will wait otherwise they will operate that’s the last alternative but the first preference should always be normal
