i want food diet for my child to become chubby she is now 18 kgs

A. dear parent, being chubby is not the only indicator for good health. for healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. if your child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
