A. mamaearth yea tree body wash is beat for skin acne. it treats the body acne.

Sebamed would be good but otherwise if you have full body acne would be good for you to consult a dermatologist first as looking at the situation that you are having a doctor would be able to advise you with the right body wash that you can use for yourself
