Q.

I switched to cows milk from formula after my daughter turned 6 months. Is it okay to continue both formula and cows milk or if cows milk suits, then should I stop formula at all?

A. Animal milk is not recommended before the age of 12 months so I would suggest you to completely stop giving it as of now you have an option of either continuing with formula feeding and phone pasteurise milk is the right thing that you can go far as of now
