i suddenly stopped breastfeeding now i’m having pain nd stiffness in my breast how many days it will take to get normal nd should i reduce my diet nd dairy products..??

A. it has to be seen .Any general practitioner can be consulted for same and if possible then specialist as this may require to be seen by doctor with proper examination for further treatment along with some test may be required for the same .
