I stopped massaging my baby after 7 months .Is it ok ? Can I start massaging him again? He is about to be 1 year old next month

A. Yes definitely. Massage everyday before bath. This will help. You can use oils like nalpamaradhi thailam or coconut oil or almond oil. Give a good massage for 5-10 mins then give a bath. Avoid for eye are also avoid masages duirng cold weather.
