i started solids a week ago and he has been crying each time I give food. .i tried blw and also resorted to mashed food still he cries..wat to do

do not force
This is just the beginning of baby trying top food, getting a taste of different flavors and textures.
it takes time for baby to get used to top foods in addition to breast milk.
start with a few teaspoon 2 times
consistency of food like that of the ghee
