I sometimes hear a sort of gargling sound in my baby's tummy...what could be the reason???

A. Sometimes it can happen due to hunger when the child has been hungry for a long time otherwise it could just be normal because even adults have this kind of a sound that you’re talking about but it’s usually when you are hungry Write Your Answer Here
