I ordered 2 tops together from firstcry and I got only one so should I have to complain or not

Of course you should because what you ordered for you haven’t got it properly then of course it is your right to complain and also the company needs to know that if you haven’t got your proper order when they dispatch the correct thing so of course they should know about it so that they can take care of it and can get your remaining stuff to you it
