I need to ask My Baby keep sucking in sleep while I am not feeding her does that mean she is hungry. Though I feed Her like 5 mins ago #asktheexpert

A. no baby is not hungry it's only dream feeding the baby will be having for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
