i missed my period of 15 july 2023 yesterday 12 September i consult a doctor she asked me for ultra sound..the ultra sound i saw is written that no fetal pole and no yolk sac seen and it said a single intra utrine gestational sac..but today i got my period after 6 weeks 5 days..is it a normal or i have to check up.

A. Since that in sonography, there was no York sacks scene, so it is totally normal to have periods. So nothing to worry about, and no consultation is needed. Just follow a healthy lifestyle
