I'm using lactare capsules per day 6 for increasing bm and how many days can I take?

Hello ma’am I think six tablets per day is quite a lot anyways you take it for a month or two maybe it should help you but if it does not increase your breast feed at any chance then I would advise you to start with formula feed to the baby because it is important for a child to get proper meal so doesn’t matter whether it is breastfeed or formula feed
