Q.
I'm the mother of 2 month 6 days old kid. I'm not getting sufficient breastmilk for my baby though I'm eating well and drinking (of additional of )galact. can I give her formula milk? It's good to feed her my milk and formula milk if my milk is not sufficient for her?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom please not to worry , it’s normal at times when mothers are unable to produce milk , you can definitely take support of formula milk but as much you can produce give your milk preference and rest formula
