I'm ramya,mother of 1 year old boy.. I need to stop breast feeding, so how can I stop??

You First make sure that your child is getting used to another mill that you’re giving to the child and slowly gradually it would be very easy for you to quit breastfeeding that way so first introduce another milk with one time in the day then two times in a day slowly gradually your child will get used to it and it would be easier for you to quit
