Q.
I'm newly mom... i m having pain in my vagina stitches.. When it will heal and I'm unable to move here n there.. I'm also breastfeeding to my baby ... it takes me long hours to sit.. doctor says try not to sit ... what's the solution ... there are 5stitches inside

Hello ma’am I would advise you to buy this tube from the market it is available at a medical store you fill it up and you sit on the tube with your legs straight out because that way your stitches will not touch the bed and you will not have any kind of pain apart from that would like to tell you that the stitches take about 1 to 1 1/2 month to break completely and in the meanwhile I am also going to advise you to take a said bath in warm water and also start doing Keagle exercises to tighten up the muscles of your vagina
