Q.
I'm giving lactogen to my new born baby. And it is making him constipated. Is there any better brand of formula milk. Can anyone suggest?

Kajaal JaiswalMom of a 3 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's a common issue in babies.Dexolac formula milk most suitable for my baby. It has helped in my baby’s growth and gut health. It contains FOS which is a good fiber beneficial for long term gut health and growth of baby. My baby didn't face much gastric issue after having Dexolac milk stage 1 .I started giving formula with breastfeed as I am working and started in my initial days only. So my baby got used to of it and is healthy and active always...you can try ..

Similac advance you can give but at the same time I would like to tell you the constipation is normal in this age so since your child is on formula I would recommend you to add little bit of fennel seeds into the water that you are making forgiving formula to the chat that is going to keep the stomach cool and will avoid gas colic and constipation issue
