I'm gaining a lot of weight... I walk for 30 minutes after lunch and dinner but still.. please help

Squeeze your buttocks and draw your abs in, creating a stretch in the abdomen. Ball Exercises to Reduce Belly With an exercise ball, you can try out many abdominal muscle exercises like ball crunches. It’s great for strengthening your core muscles and improves your balance.
