Q.
I'm feeding for 3months old baby ... I got my first periods on Jan 14th... as I noticed that ... milk secretion is very low during that time ... any remedy for that ....

Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts ,oats, daily.

The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
