Q.

I m doing job n my son is 11 month 6 days old . when I com at job he is with my mother's home ..in afternoon I m going to brest feed to him n. so please can u give me whole day diet plan for him .his weight is 9.5 kg+ . how to stop breastfeeding..n his theeting time is running ..

A. hi parent I suggest you please refer our reading section for full diet chart as per your child age it is very helpful you can give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc you can give soji halva Shira rab laddu khir pancakes sabudana porridge etc
