I m a working mother and my lo is ebf .what else should I gave to my lo instead of bm in working hours.he is 6 months old.

A. start with liquid only like dal ka pani or Rice water or fruit purees along with breastmilk or formula on demand. you can store your own milk too .

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge, pumpkin puree etc as the first food. These are easily digestible food. Take care and all the best
