I'm a parent of 4.5 month old boy what temperature should be considered as fever when the reading is taken from the armpit?

A. A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5 F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4 F) or above. ok

A. If you are reading for example 97.5F under armpit then you can add +1 that means 98.5F

A. When I touch is 99°F that means there is fever and if it crosses that means a fever is rising so in this case you can certainly give medicine to the child for fever that’s going to be the right time to give medicine if it is 99°
