I'm a nursing mother for 18mnths gal. but from few days im suffering tremendous hairfall.so is it safe to use these tablets for stopping hairfall

You have not mentioned the name of the tablets that you want to take so I am not very sure about what to say but I can only tell you that you can go ahead with iron tablets for at least 6 to 8 months as of now apart from that if you having severe hair fall then do not use any chemical-based shampoos and start using mineral water to wash your hair
