I'm a new mom and my baby is 3 weeks old. how many scoops of formula powder should I give

One scoop and 30 ML of water so basically the process is mentioned on the packet if you read it you will understand but I would like to tell you that every month we advise you increase amount of 30 ML of milk of a first 30 days 30 ML and slowly shift to 60 MM but as of now 30 ML would be good enough
