I m a mother of 6 month old baby . From past few days he is passing hard stool .. Why is it so ?? What should I give him to solve the problem

A. it s normal and also.constipation in children is quite common and can be corrected by diet changes . Give plenty of water and other fluids like buttermilk juice to baby . Include fibre rich food items like fruits papaya , banana and green leafy vegetables spinach, carrot in baby diet . Can use glycerine suppository for immediate relief from hard stools .
