I'm a breastfeeding mother. I have a 3 months old baby.. shall I drink green tea.. will it affect milk secretion?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes of course you can drink green tea during breast feeding the baby and as such no restrictions in food and diet and drink plenty of liquids abd eat a healthy diet
