I'm 6 months pregnant, my babies weight is low, what can i eat for my babies weight gain? please suggest

A. high protein. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Eggs and chicken are great sources of protein. They help increase fetus weight along with the benefits of low cholesterol and Omega fatty acids. Soybean: A protein substitute for vegetarians, it also contains iron, healthy fats and fibre along with other minerals.
