ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. avoid workout. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello now your body is getting prepared for the delivery and tgis is normal and if the pain 9s too much then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
