I hv read on many posts that we can give food to baby from family pot...What type of things can we give ,ND do u give salt added food ..can anyone tell how can we give food from family pot?my lo is 6.5 months old

initially it is goid to give simple, eaay to digest, single ingredient semi solid foid to yiyr 6 month old baby
