Q.

I have twins they have both breastfeed and formula while having formula from feeding bottle they spilling half of the milk from mouth while having it what is the issue

A. Overfeeding when it comes to formula and maybe it’s heavier for the kids to digest I don’t know whether your kids are full-time or premature so that does make a lot of difference so in this case I would advise you to consult a lactation specialist or a paediatric
