Q.

I have twins baby,s of girls .she is 40 days. but problem is not enough brest milk . she feeding powder milk from bottle but not enough .early she is hunger Nd cry not sleeping well .what can I do plz suggest

A. mother milk is not sufficient you can start with formula milk.. as lactogen similac nan pro.. you can also take lactation supplements consulting your doctor as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan to increase milk.. take green papaya bitter gourd drumstick bottle gourd fennel seeds, jeera, oats ragi sabudana dalia to increase milk..
