Q.

I have twins babies last month my one baby had viral fever Dr recommend zincovit syurp. can I give it to my second baby also. right now I am giving them but d and iron supplement old. suggest what should be the timing of giving also these three medicine. zincovit, vvit d and iron. thanks

A. Hello, your twin babies are having a viral fever and it doesn’t need any medicine but frequent breast feeding and syrup Zincovit 3 ml two times a day after feeding
