I have twin babies... plz suggest some diet for them

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the babies other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Once the baby has completed six months of age, only, then you can start any sort of semisolid food items for the baby mother should take healthy diet, including fresh fruits and dry fruits.
