I have swelling around my nipple since a month.which specialist should I consult?

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

You should consult your gynaecologist 1st to know what is the problem maybe she has to run a scan or test to know where it is what is the problem and accordingly if she can deal with it she’ll treat you with the proper treatment after diagnosing the issue issue otherwise she’ll refer to the expert if any problem is detected
