I have sudden decrease in my breastmilk especially at night for twice and couldn't feed my baby.please provide reasons for all of a sudden change

A. Hello mom mostly the milk production to a large extent depends on diet . So as day time you tend to have meals in between in night that is not possible . So try to massage your breast well after every feed and have a good filling meal before baby feed time . In night at times you can also have a glass of milk and panjiri etc and keep your self hydrated
