I have started solid for my baby from 6 months and now she have completed her 7 months. So can I introduce finger foods now?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom.yes slowly you can do that , you can give them semi solid and soft consistency diet .gradually introduce one thing at a time for them so that would be easier for them to get it used too
