Q.
I have started solid food for my 7 months baby but he is struggling a lot when poop…stools r also righty coming… any suggestion for this ??

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent modify diet avoid baked and packed food give lots of oral Fluids and diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give lukewarm water to drink if the problem persists consult your doctor

Hi mommy It’s all normal and common No need to worry Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Give adequate feeding Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
