Q.

I have severe stomach pain. feel like it is pulling in the middle. also loose motion since am feeding my 2 months baby am afraid to take any medicine could you please help?

A. Hello mom would suggest to consult you doctor over it , have easy to digest foods and liquids such as buttemilk, curds , jeera or saunf water , coconut water water , kichidi , idli etc make sure they are not very highly flavoured
