I have que for my 3 year 3 month baby boy he gone through a loose motion in 2 days he recover then he got fever den cough then after 2 days again loose motion dr. Said food poising and it is normal in now days but I feel why

A. yes, please give him clean germ free water either from filter or feed boiled water. educate him for a proper n often hand washing. for kore follow ur dictirs advice. ok
