I have one year old daughter . I want to know whether I can start giving sugar to my baby or not ?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening yes definitely after the baby becomes one year old there is absolutely no restriction you can go ahead and start giving sugar as well as salt however sugar is not very good for the health it is better to avoid using too much
