Q.

I have no sufficient brest milk so i am giving formula milk in 2nd mnt onwardes know my baby entered in 4th month I can introduce solids in 5 th month r not?

A. don't Introduce early. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Till 6 months of life , breastmilk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby. okay

A. solid after baby complete six months you can take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan more you nurse milk will increase if mother milk is not sufficient you can give formula milk you can use Babyhug sterilisable feeding bottle
