I have knee pain(osteoarthritis) should I drink milk n tea

A. I don’t think so it’s a problem but still you better check with your doctor because in certain cases doctors do say no to have milk so it’s going to be good tea you can have because the bill content is very less in that but plane will you should be having or not you should check with you now
