I have irregular period have pcos

A. then treat. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi parent It's normal after delivery as you are breast feeding your child Pcos can be treated to some extent You may consult your treating gynaecologist as well as ayurvedacharya
