Q.
I have introduced cows milk to my baby after she is 1 year old, but she refuses it.. If i mix cows milk with food she will eat. now she is 14 months old still continuing breastmilk in night time but I dont think its sufficient for her, how i can comfort her to drink cows milk atleast in night times. Can anyone have any idea. please help.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom as she is accepting it through food or adding in certain recpeies , let that continue for now, and gradually she would accept, give her all family foods for her and give her filling dinner

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups and sippers to encourage your child to drink milk. Limit the dairy to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods
