Fatty liver itself is a big problem if you’re having it grade 2 then it’s of course a bigger problem then the regular ones so this is something that you definitely need to take care of it proper treatment and medication and most importantly dietary alterations are extremely important you should get a diet chart done with a nutritionist for this
