i have cracked nipples so I'm using nipple shields I'm not feeling pain while latching my baby sucking 1 hr and above how can I know baby's stomach is full or my milk not sufficient etc

if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding patterrn, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child
